Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FIRST?

  1. Complete the registration through the link provided on the Welcome Page.

  2. Please book your flights to arrive on April 3, 2024, and depart on April 7, 2024 from Cancun, MX (CUN).

  3. If you wish to arrive early or stay later at the event hotel Secrets Moxche Playa Del Carmen, please email logicgate@rnepartners.com for availability and preferred rates.

  4. You will receive an email invite on TBD to register for the event and select your activities.

Q: what happens after i register?

A: After you complete registration, you should book your flight per LogicGate’s booking requirements (if you have not already) and forward the confirmation to logicgate@rnepartners.com.

You will receive communication as the event nears with additional information to finalize your details.

Q: What do i do if I need a passport?

A: If you do not have a passport, or if your passport is going to expire please visit the link below to obtain a new passport:

Please allow 6-8 weeks to obtain your new passport. You may also expedite a passport in 2-3 weeks for an additional cost.

Q: Can i extend my stay — or arrive early?

A: If you would like to extend or modify your stay, please contact the event planners at logicgate@rnepartners.com to check availability and group rates. You will also be able to request additional nights during the registration process. The cost of additional nights is your personal responsibility and will not be covered by LogicGate.

A: Daytime high temperatures typically average 83°F / 28°C. Evening lows average 68°F / 20°C. Nearly every day is sunny and virtually every night is clear!
